Asian Finds Inc
Silver Jewelry, Silver Jewelry
In July 2000, with minimal capital and selling “lako” style, clients pushed us for a permanent shop in which they could regularly go to see items. With this, the first Asian Finds store opened its doors in Goldcrest, Ayala Center. (Goldcrest has now been demolished and is now part of the New Glorietta Mall.) It initially operated as a single-proprietor business. Under the store name of Asian Finds, with its 8 square meter store, the initial line carried household items, trinkets, clothing and uncommon, out of the ordinary wares, showcasing unique and different styles and designs of Oriental and Asian items. Evolving through time and responding to market demand, Asian Finds the store has re-focused its product line and was re-named as Silver Finds in 2004. Silver Finds was born out of a need to supply our customers’ fondness for silver jewelry. Silver Finds then made its mark specializing in handpicked handmade silver pieces with semi-precious stones, turquoise and colored zirconia among others. Silver Finds also carries ethnic silver jewelry. With our growing popularity, the Ayala Malls offered us spaces and we branched out to Glorietta 4, Alabang Town Center, Trinoma, Greenbelt 1, and Marquee in Pampanga. Alongside, we opened shop in Robinsons Place Manila and Forum Robinsons. We also set up shop in Ali Mall in Cubao. In 2006, we opened Paraiba in Glorietta 4. It is a store highlighting classic yet trendy pieces, stylish and tasteful elegant jewels personally hand-picked by the owners, catering to the “high-end” and fashionable clientele. By 2011, Paraiba also opened its second branch in Abreeza , Davao. This was followed by Robinsons Magnolia the following year and at Ayala Center Cebu in December 2013. While setting up Paraiba, another small yet lucrative business was opened called “Pinoy Eats” at Market! Market! As the main owners are foodies and come from Negros, they decided to carry Negrense snack items like piaya, butterscotch, biscocho among others. As the number of stores and clients grew, so did the need for packaging and personalization. Due to this, Print - your personal touch store opened in Alabang Town Center in 2011. It aims to cater to all printing needs of the customers from business cards, greeting cards, invitations up to printed t-shirts, all customized and personalized to the client’s needs. Whether the requirement is for one piece to 100 pieces, all kinds of personalized printing is accepted. However, due to space and location issues in the mall, Print had to close shop and we are now only catering to the printing services of regular clients through our Facebook account. Print is now working under the name of Asian Finds, Inc., through its Marketing Department, and is offering corporate giveaways, also personalized with the company’s brand and logo. In the same year, Pleasant Salon Services was established as the “home spa” business became popular to the ever-stressed out populace of the country. The service started out in Paranaque, servicing the Merville, Moonwalk and Multinational residents. Due to its immediate success, the Makati branch of Pleasant Salon Services was created servicing Palm Village, Bel-Air, and Makati CBD condominium residents. In 2011, Asian Finds, Inc. was incorporated and all the stores became its subsidiaries: Silver Finds, Paraiba, Pinoy Eats, Print, Pleasant Salon Services and a previously existing franchise business with Monterey Meatshop called Meat Central Co. By the end of 2013, Asian Finds has a total of 16 stores/kiosks: Our Mission We offer the world's finest as we: Offer fair profits for the company and fair prices to our customers.
