45.27 ct Amethyst and 0.95ct Diamond, 18 ct Yellow Gold Heart Pendant

The stunning pendant is ornamented with a magnificent feature millegrain decorated collet set 45.27ct heart-shaped cut amethyst. The feature amethyst is encompassed with three fan designs, each accented with eight collet set Dutch cut diamonds. The outer border is further ornamented with thirty-nine Dutch cut diamonds, set within alternating linear arrangements depending on location.
