71ct Aquamarine, 0.38ct Diamond and 18ct White Gold Pendant – Vintage Circa 1970

This stunning, fine and impressive vintage pendant has been crafted in 18ct white gold. The feature drop is comprised of a magnificent, large and imposing four claw set 71ct fancy cut aquamarine; this is an unusual and beautiful cut for such a stone. The feature gemstone suspends from a horizontal cylindrical bale encompassed with sixty impressive pavé set modern brilliant round cut diamonds, totalling 0.38ct, completing the design. This vintage pendant is suspended from an 18ct white gold, 18″ chain and secures to the reverse with a conventional spring-loaded lobster clasp ornamented with engraved decoration; this chain compliments the proportions of the pendant and securely suspends the piece. The pendant has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 carat gold. This impressive pendant is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card. Such large and high quality examples are rare to the market.
